In Situ – Aida
What's "under" the menu? It's In Situ, the new square plate produced by Rosenthal together with the three-Michelin-star chef Corey Lee for his new restaurant in San Francisco's MOMA. Echoing the underlying concept of In Situ as a site of cultural convergence, the deceptively simple In Situ plate is inscribed in the cartographic language of latitude and longitude, but slightly disturbed by an axial tilt.
